To promote the poverty-relief work, Eco Civilization and Open Poverty Alleviation Conference was held at Guizhou Minzu University.

The conference launched a seminar about rural social governance and poverty alleviation. They all thought that the rural social governance and poverty alleviation still have far to go, they needed to have further reflection and creation in the future.
