On September 14, The Delegation of Mr. Jicun Yueye, Dean of Japan Dahe Language Education College Visited GZMU. The vice dean of Japan Dahe Language Education College Liu Yanjun and vice director of China Office of Japan Dahe Language Education College Zhang Yiyu accompanied and attended the conference held at No.1 meeting room. Wei Wei, Vice president of GZMU delivered a speech, Xiao Tangjin, dean of the college of foreign language, Xie Zhiju, vice director of the office of teaching affairs, Hu Qimin, teacher of the college of foreign language and the student representatives attended the conference. Vice director of the International cooperation and exchange office Xie Jinfang held the conference.

Vice president Wei Wei delivered a welcome speech, and introduced our university’s basic situation. Wei Wei expressed that our cooperation with Japan Dahe Language Education College was originated since 2011. Dahe college has become the overseas internship base of our Japanese major. Up till now, there are a lot of students enrolled by some universities in Japan, and now they were studying for the master degree. Among them, Liu Juan from the 2010 Japanese major is now working on the doctoral degree of Japanese literature in Osaka City University. Wei Wei wished a continuing development of our cooperation.

Jicun Yue’ye also expressed that there was great results since the cooperation with GZMU. There were 25 students studied in Japan. Among them, 19 has graduated and a part of them continued to work on masters and doctors degree in Japan, a part of them has already found jobs. He also hoped that we could utilize the cooperation platform and made further cooperation especially in the aspect of short-term training.
